Life is looking really good - 09/17/12

This week was amazing. On Wednesday we had transfers, but we didn´t change. I'm still in Bulevar B with Elder "M". What did change was my district. I got 4 more Elders added to my District, and 2 of them are ex-companions, so that's pretty cool. Now we have the areas of Carrizal and Jardines de Carrizal in our district, so we went from one of the smallest districts to one of the largest. I'm really excited to be here and work with these great guys. Life is looking really good.

Our mix of Elders is pretty funny. We have two greenies in Bulevar A that have had 2 and 3 changes (transfers) in the mission. Then we have the old dogs in Carrizal. This is the last and second to last changes (transfers) for those Elders. My ex comp, Elder "L", is training a new elder in Jardines, and he will finish his mission training his new elder.

We have 2 baptisms planned for this week. Hopefully everything works out. Sorry that this letter is a little short. I had to run a lot of errands during my internet time. The ZL's (zone leaders) left for a service project on the Temple Grounds, so I was left in charge of the keys. I don't like having to do all of these errands, so being a ZL doesn't really interest me all that much.
